SHIPPING POLICY

We use Amazon Fulfillment, so Amazon directly ships all of our products to you. We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).
 

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

 

Note: The order within countdown reflects Amazon’s delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that time frame, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

 

To inquire about a refund, please contact Amazon and click "An Order I Placed." Select your order, then select Problem with an order > Shipping or delivery issues > Shipment is late.

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If you have signed up for an extended Mogarden warranty, then you can return your item within 180 days of receipt of shipment.

PAYMENT METHOD

We use Amazon's accepted payment methods.

Amazon Pay accepts credit and debit cards and transfers from your available Amazon Pay account balance. Credit cards currently accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. An Amazon.com store card is available for use with selected merchants.

Notes

  • In some circumstances, you might be limited to using Visa and Mastercard credit cards. In those cases, the checkout process will make that clear and will let you add one of those payment methods.

  • Amazon.com Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method to place an order using Amazon Pay. Amazon.com Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services on Amazon.com and certain related sites as provided in the Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
